Wall, Deluxe

1. Open smart block fuse door. Disconnect smart block harness from smart block (3

connectors). Re-position harnesses through cut out in compartment.

2. Remove hidden screws from behind fuse block.

3. Remove screws from windowsill plate and remove.

4. Reach through opening in windowsill and disconnect connector from rear of CD

player and/or rear radio (if equipped).

5. Grasp CD player/ rear radio and remove (if equipped).

6. Remove rear screw from top of deluxe-wall sill, untuck fabric from rear corner and

remove hidden screw.

7. Untuck fabric at front of deluxe wall and remove hidden screw under fabric,

* (Untuck fabric by placing putty knife under edge and prying gently out, grasp fab-

ric to expose screw).

8. Lift straight up on deluxe-wall approximately 2” to release from cleat. Continue lifting

upward and remove.

Wall, Driver Side

1. Remove driver center seat.

2. Remove sofa.

3. Peel back wall fabric from driver doorpost and expose-hidden screws, remove all

screws.

4. Remove video game center control plate, if equipped.

5. Remove rear speaker.

6. Remove Deluxe wall, refer to procedure.

7. Remove rear storage cabinet, refer to rear storage cabinet removal procedure).

8. Remove valance, see procedure.

9. Remove shades driver side front and rear, (Refer to procedure).

10. Remove window sill top plates front and rear windows, remove counter sunk screws

and pull straight outward on top plate.

11. Remove screws located on the inside top of the window frame.

12. Remove screws from bottom window frame (this releases wall).

13. Grasp wall at gas fill mid lower wall and pull down as you are pulling the bottom of

wall outward slide toward front of van until released from behind speaker panel.

Remove wall out through rear cargo doors.

Wall, Passenger

1. Slide passenger center seat all the way forward or remove if it has the removable

seat option.

2. Remove rear speaker.

3. Remove rear cabinet.

4. Remove DC outlet (refer to DC outlet removal procedure).

5. Place sofa in the flat position. Remove Sofa switch.

6. At the Side cargo rear door, peel back wall fabric at edges this exposes hidden

screws, remove all screws.

7. Remove windowsill top plate. Remove 2 screws that are now exposed in windowsill.

8. Remove valance, see procedure.

9. Untuck at side cargo post, exposing screws, remove screws.

10. Grasp front of wall and pull out until rear releases from behind the rear speaker

panel.

11. Tilt top inward and lower over the sofa.

12. Remove through rear cargo doors.
