Door Panel, Side Cargo Door, Rear

1. Remove caps from pull handle by unsnapping.

2. Remove 4 exposed screws, remove handle.

3. Remove 4 screws from frame around molded insert.

4. Grasp edge of door panel at top and pull outward until you feel retainers snap out

from its retainer. Continue this motion all around panel to complete process.

Head Board

1. Remove map lights (2), unsnap cover this exposes 2 screws, remove. Pull down on

light and disconnect wiring.

2. Drop the top of the Soffits by doing the following: Remove soffit wood trim (both

sides). Untuck the fabric at the front and rear of the driver’s side soffit and remove

the exposed screw. Pull the top of the soffit to release the top from the j-rail.

Remove the soffit over the passenger’s side cargo doors by untucking the fabric at

the front of the soffit and remove the exposed screw.

3. Remove buttons, remove exposed screws.

4. Reach through hole where map light was, grasp and pull straight back until

headboard clips are free from factory lip in roof.

5. Tilt rear of headboard down and pull rearward until free.

Headliner

1. Remove headboard (per procedures).

2. Drop the top of the Soffits by doing the following: Remove Upper sport top wall

wood trim (both sides). Untuck the fabric at the front and rear of the driver’s side

soffit and remove the exposed screw. Pull the top of the soffit to release the top from

the j-rail. Remove the soffit over the passenger’s side cargo doors by untucking the

fabric at the front of the soffit and remove the exposed screw. Untuck the fabric on

the front and rear of the rear soffit and remove the exposed screws. Pull at the top

of the Soffits and let hang.

3. Remove screws from center light beam pull down unplug wires at lights

4. Remove rear map light located in headliner, unsnap cover exposes 2 screws,

remove, pull down on light and disconnect plug in, remove screw that is under the

fabric 1” to the front of the map light.

5. Remove 4 tack screws from headliner, located where center beam was.

6. Slide forward until rear cleats release from factory roof lip.

7. Lower down and remove through the rear doors.

Panel Speaker, Rear

1. Remove speakers.

2. Remove rear door gimp as required pulling fabric loose on speaker panel.

3. Remove all exposed screws and remove speaker panel.

Seat Belts, Mid Seats And Sofa

1. Drop the top of the Soffits by doing the following (left or right side): Remove soffit

wood trim (either side). Untuck the fabric at the front and rear of the driver soffit and

remove the exposed screw. Pull the top of the soffit to release the top from the j-rail.

Remove the soffit over the passenger’s side cargo doors by untucking the fabric at

the front of the soffit and remove the exposed screw. Untuck the fabric on the front

and rear of the rear soffit and remove the exposed screws. Pull at the top of the

Soffits and let hang.

2. Remove seat belt bolt
