ESI AUTO-NET 440 LOAD MANAGER
Operation
Your Mark III Conversion Vehicle may be equipped with an Auto-Net 440 Load
manager. The Auto-Net 440 distributes the battery voltage to the power front seats and
rear sofa. The purpose of the Auto-Net 440 is to limit the use of the power seats and
rear sofa to one operation at a time. By limiting the usage, there will be a reduction in
current drawn from the battery.
Driver Seat - The driver can always adjust his/her seat, even if the passenger seat or
sofa is being operated. If the passenger seat or rear sofa is in operation, these seats
will stop functioning if the driver begins to operate his/her seat.
Passenger seat - The passenger can adjust his/her seat if neither the driver seat not
the rear sofa is being operated. The passenger seat will stop functioning when the
driver begins to operate
Rear Sofa - The rear sofa can be adjusted if neither the driver seat nor the passenger
seat is being operated. The rear sofa will stop functioning when the driver begins to
operate his/her seat while the rear sofa is in operation.
Installation
The Auto-Net 440 is equipped with 0.250” male spade terminals for easy connection to
the wire harness. No adjustments need to be made to the Auto-Net 440 once it is
properly installed. The Auto-Net 440 is protected against reverse wiring. The following
describes the connections to the Auto-Net 440:
Battery - The fused input to power the seats, usually from the fuse block. It is not
recommended to connect this to any power source that is not fuse protected.
Load A - The power output to be connected to the driver seat.
Load B - The power output to be connected to the passenger seat.
