Procedure for Returning Parts -
Warranty Parts
Mark III will credit dealers for the part and freight only on authorized return for credit items.
These parts will be designated on the invoice as RFC”. Warranty parts sent “No Charge”
cannot be returned UNLESS requested by a service representative.
Returned For Credit Parts Procedure (RFC)
* Mark III has initiated a (RFC) Tagging process to assist you in returning a RFC warranty part.
This procedure will allow us to process your claim more expediently and credit you faster for
your expense of the RFC part.
* This will also help Mark III expedite continuous improvements on our products.
* Return For Credit (RFC) Tag is provided by Mark III when a (RFC) part is sent out. Extras can
be sent through our Customer Care Center. The tag must be filled out completely, and
attached to the part.
* The part, (RFC) Tag, and a copy of our invoice are to be returned together. If any of
these items are missing it will delay the processing of your claim.
* The parts are received in our Return Department and processed daily. If more information is
needed (Example: parts or paperwork missing) you will be notified.
* Multiple items may be packaged in one box.
* Although these items are considered defective, proper packaging must be taken to assure
that these parts are returned in good condition. So we can analyze the root cause.
* Items lost in shipment are the responsibility of the sender. The sender will need to take
appropriate steps with the carrier to retrieve the loss.
* Parts found to be normal wear and tear, customer abuse, lack of maintenance, and/or if no
defect is found, then you will be notified.
* If your claim is denied, you will be given a clear explanation.
* If you wish to have the part back, please advise at this time.
Procedure for Returning Parts -

only be returned within 90 days from the date ordered. Any special purchase or
